• Appointment Bookings

1. Refunds Policy: Refunds will not be provided if you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made more than 2 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion.

Quality of Service: While we strive to provide the best quality service, please note that Fluff works with third-party service providers, such as groomers, veterinarians, trainers, nutritionists, and pet-friendly taxi services, to fulfil your requests. Although we conduct quality checks of our third-party vendors, we cannot guarantee the quality of service provided by these vendors. Fluff shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction arising from services provided by third-party vendors.
